Fanfest.io is an online platform that allows creators, artists, and influencers to connect with their fans and monetize their content. The platform offers a suite of tools and features to help creators build and grow their audience, including live streaming, video on demand, ticketing, merchandise sales, and community engagement.
As the principal designer, I was responsible for redesigning the entire graphical interface of the platform. The process began with market research and interviews with users to understand their needs and expectations. Using this information, we worked on creating a new layout that was modern and easy to use, while also meeting the identified requirements.
We improved the user journey within the product and added support for all platforms. The main challenge was designing a product that would work seamlessly across different devices and platforms, including embedded pages on various websites. The result was a completely renovated product and an efficient design system to facilitate the development of new features. Additionally, I also created presentation decks, newsletters, and the product promotional video.
